2 HOUR CEREMONY RENTAL
INCLUDES:
• 2 hours use of venue w/ distressed barn wood, lanterns w/ candles & faux flowers, string lighting, bridal lounge, chair & bench seating for 50 guests.
• Venue set up "chapel style" w/ rows of guest chairs, center aisle & altar
• Drink cart w/ ice tub
• 2 display tables w/ personalized banners
• Chalk board sign on easel
• Use of Bose Speakers (requires a 35mm plug-in )

Couples just wanting our beautiful venue for their wedding ceremony celebration can simply rent our chapel. This option allows couples 2 full hours use of our fully decorated and candle lit chapel. Couples are free to coordinate their own ceremony, bring their own music and use their time at our venue in anyway they see fit.

• 4.5 hours from entrance to exit

• Venue set up “party style”
• 2 48” round, 2 bar height, 1 buffet & 2 display tables
• 2 personalized table banners
• Chalk board sign on easel
• 12 black chairs
• Lounge bench seating for 30
• Drink cart w/ ice tub
• Use of Bose Speakers (requires a 35mm plug-in )
• “stage area” for dances, presentations, toasts, etc

Folks wanting our beautiful venue for their event can simply rent our chapel. This option allows groups 4.5 full hours use of our fully decorated and candle lit venue. Groups are free to coordinate their own event, bring their own vendors and use their time at our venue in anyway they see fit.

INCLUDES: Officiant to do a non-customizable 5 minute ceremony
Upon arrival, your officiant will greet you to collect your marriage license and confirm a couple last minute details (ex. what names will be used, who has the rings, etc.). When you are ready to begin your ceremony, the officiant will take his/her place at the front of the venue. Couples are welcome to coordinate their own processional in any way they would like. Once your ceremony is completed, the officiant will gather your 2 witnesses (age 18 or older) to sign your license. You will receive a ceremonial copy of the license as a keepsake. Your officiant will return the completed official marriage license to the courthouse for filing. Viola! And just like that, you are officially married!
NOTE: This option does NOT include a coordinator to play music or otherwise orchestrate the processional.

WHEN TO ARRIVE:
You, your guests and vendors will have access to the venue at your appointment time only. Early access to the venue is not available with out interrupting previously scheduled meetings and events. So that your guests are not asked to wait outside the venue (rain or shine), be sure to let them know NOT to arrive earlier than your appointment time.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Client shall pay a deposit to hold a date and time at the Venue. The deposit is $200 for all two-hour bookings, $400 with an additional deposit of $800 due 3 months prior to the event date for all four hour plus bookings, The deposit shall be applied to the total cost of the booking.
The Client shall pay for their entire booking, in full, no later than midnight 14 days prior to their event date. If the Client fails to pay the full payment when due, then The Venue may cancel all or portions of its (and its vendors’) services.
The Client may cancel their event any time prior to 14 days before their event date and, upon such cancellation, the Venue shall be entitled to retain (or if not yet paid, payment of) the applicable deposit plus an amount equal to the Venue’s out of pocket expenses.
