All packages EXCEPT the Venue Rental include an event host. Your event host is your onsite coordinator to help guide you through your event. She will greet you and your guests as they arrive and will serve a seasonal family friendly beverage (such as lemonade or a warm spiced tea) to your guests upon arrival. She will help orchestrate the flow of your ceremony processional by playing your selected music and queueing any participants to walk down the aisle. She will be there to care for your every need and help your event run smoothly. Please note that The Vow Exchange can not accommodate rehearsals, however your event host is there to coordinate the processional so you won't need to rehearse.
