COVID VENUE UPDATES

It’s a weird time right now. As such, in response to the Mayor’s announcement to reinstate mandating masks for vaccinated and unvaccinated patrons, The Vow Exchange Chapel has a few updates to keep everyone safe and healthy! See below on information on how our venue is keeping up with the latest in COVID friendly weddings.

VENUE MODIFICATIONS:
• We are temporarily suspending our community use items such as guest book pens, love notes, celebration flags & photo booth props.

• Our building has installed an air ionization system that kills airborne pathogens circulated in our venue. So you and your guests can breath a little easier while celebrating.

ADDITIONAL VENUE RULES:
In response to the most recent Kansas City Mandate:

For all events scheduled between 8/2/2021 and 9/23/2021, all vaccinated & unvaccinated guests age 5+ must wear a mask or face covering unless you have knowledge of all persons present are fully vaccinated (including outside vendors and Cakewalk provided vendors).

NOTE: CAKEWALK VENDORS MAY NOT BE VACCINATED. CHECK WITH CAKEWALK TO ENSURE YOUR SCHEDULED VENDORS ARE VACCINATED BEFORE PLANNING A MASKLESS EVENT!!

Please note, per the booking agreement accepted with the venue, the failure of the couple, their guests or vendors to comply with the venue rules may result in a fine or other monetary damages that the couple will be required to pay.

OCCUPANCY:
There are no further occupancy limitations beyond those included in the rental agreement.
