STEP 1: SET UP PREVIEW GALLERY
The couple is married and the memories of their magical day at The Vow Exchange are still fresh in their minds. Friends and family are starting to share photos from the big day on social media, but the couple does not yet have their images to enjoy. Before the suspense kills them, our photographers are asked to set up a PREVIEW GALLERY on ShootProof 1 WEEK after the event. This gallery contains 10-12 images from the couple's big day including a few portraits of the couple and a few magical moments from the event. These images are to be low resolution (72 dpi) and watermarked with the photographer's name or logo. We offer the couple the option to download these low res watermarked images in addition to the 60 high res images included in their package. We at The Vow Exchange will manage delivering the PREVIEW GALLERY to the couple once it is set up on ShootProof.
Watermark 10-12 low resolution images from the couple's big day including a few portraits of the couple and a few magical moments from the event.
watermarking the preview PHOTOs
The Vow Exchange requests photographers watermark images delivered in the customer’s preview gallery. Below is a guide on incorporating “FOR THE VOW EXCHANGE” with the photographer’s logo/name watermark.
• Logos may be in black or reversed to white for optimal viewing
• Logos should be located somewhere along the bottom of the image so as to not obstruct the main imagery.
•The “FOR THE VOW EXCHANGE” mark should be located beneath the photographer’s logo and should follow the proportions as pictured.
