APPOINTMENTS IN BOOKER
 

The "Appointments" function in Booker allows the event manager to see & modify confirmed events & services, view availability for reschedule requests, cancel appointments, and assign service providers to an event. The following information will help you understand the "Appointments" function and tab in Booker.

 


signing in to booker

Log in at www.booker.com using the following credentials:

BOOKER LOGIN
Account Name: vowex
Username: provided by your location manager
Password: provided by your location manager
(NOTE: You will be prompted to update your password when you first log in)


 

View an appointment:

Click on the Appointments Tab to view the Appointments Calendar.

next:

Click on the drop down next to the date to view "The Vow Exchange" room by week.

next:

The display will show all bookings for the selected week.

next:

To skip to another date, click on the calendar icon to select the date. Be sure to click on the drop down next to the date to view "The Vow Exchange" room by week.

editing a booking

 

edit details of an appointment:

To view & edit an appointment, right click on the appointment box and select "Edit".

next:

A window will appear showing the selected package, the event time, and the assigned service providers for the event as well as the customer's contact information.

change the service:

To change the package click on the drop down menu next to "Service".
NOTE: The event manager must complete Module 7 to make a change to the event package/service. 

change the time:

To change the start & end time, click on the drop down menu next to "Time".
NOTE: The event manager must complete Module 7 to make a change to the event package/service. 

change the service provid:

To change the service provider, click on the drop down menu next to "Staff" & "Staff 2".

 

cancel an event:

To cancel an event, right click on the appointment box and select "Cancel Appointment". NOTE: The event manager must complete Module 7 to make a change to the event package/service.

next:

Select a reason and click "Early Cancel" if the appointment cancellation was requested via the "Change My Event" form more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event. Click "Late Cancel" if the cancellation was requested less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
