Lemon Lavender Soda
(served cold MARCH - SEPTEMBER)

drink mix:
3 cups water
3 sugar (disolved in heated water)
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup lavender (steep in mix for min 1 hour and strain out)

base:
4 liters club soda

Autumn Tea
(served cold in october & november or hot december - february)

drink mix:
2 cups cranberry juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice

base:
1/2 gallon of unsweetened tea
1 liter (1/2 container) apple juice 

- for over 20 guests when served hot -
1 gallon of unsweetened tea
2 liters (1 container) apple juice
