Once all your guests have arrived and you are ready, your host will begin the process of organizing your processional.
Your ceremony processional can include bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower children, ring bearers, parents etc or it can be just you. Your host will collect and line up your wedding party in the bridal lounge (minus the groom of course) in any order you would like. When the whole group is ready to go and lined up, your host will play your entrance music over our speakers through our iPad. To ensure a seamless processional, we do start your entrance song at the beginning and only allow one song for the entrance music. We have found that starting songs in the middle or playing more than one song during the processional and recessional produces mixed results and often sounds awkward due to the short aisle.
Once your host has queued your music, she will open the bridal lounge entryway, queue the wedding party down the aisle and turn the music down once the processional is complete. We do recommend no more than 6 of each bridesmaids and groomsmen to ensure there is plenty of room for everyone at the front.
The ceremony itself will last about 15-20 minutes depending on the elements included in the ceremony and generally includes an exchange of vows as well as an exchange of rings.
Once your officiant has announced you at the conclusion of your ceremony, your event host will queue your selected music for your recessional back up the aisle and into the bridal lounge. There you can take a moment with your new hubby or wife and collect yourself before greeting your guests.
