MODULE C1:
LOCATE NEW BOOKING

YAY! We have a new booking and we are looking to you to ensure this wedding goes off with out a hitch. Your Market Manager has assigned this event to you and we want you to know where to start the planning process.

STEP 1:

Sign into The Vow Exchange "Bookings" email using credentials provided by the location manager.

STEP 2:

Locate the Location "CLIENTS" folder.

step 3:

Locate new bookings at the top level of the Location "CLIENTS" folder. Note the name of the customer and move the email to the customer's email folder.

Step 4:

Log into the Booker brand account and select "Workflow" on the drop down under the "Manage Customers" tab.

Step 5:

Click "View All Customers".

Step 6:

Click to display "100" & scroll down to find the customer's name.

Step 7:

Click on the active link next to the customer's name to open their Booker profile page and click the "Details" tab (or type name in search field).

STEP 8:

Under "EVENT MANAGEMENT" header, click the drop down next to "EVENT SET UP".

STEP 9:

Select "01-CONFIRM EMAIL" on drop down and click "SAVE" on bottom right of the window.
