SEND CONTRACT

A crucial part of ensuring a successful event at The Vow Exchange is to ensure all couples have a clear expectation of what to expect with their chosen event package. Upon booking their event, each couple is sent a link to an online contract agreement that they are required to review and sign.


NOTE: MODULE C2: confirm email MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE COMPLETING THE FOLLOWING STEPS.

DEADLINE: 2 DAYS POST CONFIRMED EMAIL

STEP 1:

Log into Wedding Wire & open the customer's client page in "Inquires".

STEP 2:

Click "Create Contract".

STEP 3:

Under dropdown for "New Custom Package" select the option matching the client's package on the Booker workflow.

STEP 4:

On the "Time Spot" item, click "edit" to edit title including the correct event start time and delete the venue access time that does not apply to this event - click "save".

STEP 5:

Click "Save and Continue"

STEP 6:

Scroll to "Contract Terms" and click "edit"

STEP 7:

Select the correct contract term based on the contract package. Click "yes" when prompted.

STEP 8:

In the body of the "Contract Terms" edit the time under "Venue Use" by deleting the event times that DO NOT apply.

STEP 9:

Click "Save Contract Terms" at the bottom of the browser window.

STEP 10:

Scroll to the top of the browser window and click "Publish Contract"

STEP 11:

Click "Use an Email Template" and select "Publishing Contract".

STEP 12:

In the body of the email, edit the first line to indicate your name and the client's event date.

STEP 13:

Scroll to the bottom of the browser window, update the signature, ensure "Send me a Copy" is selected and click "Send Email".

STEP 14:

Log into Booker and select "Workflow" on the drop down under the "Manage Customers" tab.

STEP 15:

Open the customer's Booker profile page and click the "Details" tab.

STEP 16:

Under "EVENT MANAGEMENT" header, click the drop down next to "EVENT SET UP".

STEP 17:

Select "03-CONFIRM CONTRACT SIGNATURE" on drop down and click "SAVE" on bottom right of the window.
