MODULE C2:
Confirm EMAIL

To ensure a smooth event set up, it is very important we have clear email communication with the client. Review below to confirm and ensure we have the client's correct information early on:


NOTE: MODULE C1: LOCATE NEW BOOKING MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE COMPLETING THE FOLLOWING STEPS.


Check for email return receipt

DEADLINE: 7 DAYS POST CONFIRMED BOOKING

step 1:

Sign into The Vow Exchange "Bookings" email using credentials provided by the location manager.

Step 2:

Search the name of the customer to locate their folder.

Step 3:

Locate a return receipt email titled "CONFIRM EMAIL" from the client & note both names of the participants getting married. If email is missing, refer to below instructions for "Return Email Receipt Missing".

Step 4:

"Edit" the email folder name to include both names of the couple as following: FIRST1 LAST1/ FIRST2 LAST2

Step 6:

Log into the Booker brand account and select "Workflow" on the drop down under the "Manage Customers" tab.

Step 7:

Open the customer's Booker profile page and click the "Details" tab.

Step 8:

Under "EVENT MANAGEMENT" header, click the drop down next to "EVENT SET UP".

STEP 9:

Select "02-SEND CONTRACT" on drop down and click "SAVE" on bottom right of the window.


Return Email Receipt Missing

Step 1:

If the booking email receipt is missing, open & sign into "Wedding Wire", locate customer profile under "Inquiries".

Step 2:

Click "Email This Client".

Step 3:

Click button "Use an Email Template" and select "Confirming your event at The Vow Exchange". 

Step 4:

Update signature and email body with correct information & send.

STEP 5:

Repeat steps 1-9 from the top of this page until the email information is confirmed.


RETURN EMAIL RECEIPT MISSING 14 DAYS OR MORE PAST CONFIRMED BOOKING

Step 1:

If the booking email receipt is missing, open & sign into "Wedding Wire", locate customer profile under "Inquiries".

Step 2:

Click "Email This Client".

Step 3:

Click button "Use an Email Template" and select "Confirmation Email Poke". 

Step 4:

Update signature and email body with correct information & send.

STEP 5:

Repeat steps 1-9 from the top of this page until the email information is confirmed.
