Our all-in-one ceremony & reception package packs a full event in 4.5 hours. Inclusive of our beautiful decorated venue, your wedding ceremony, a buffet of delicious heavy hors d'oeuvres, a bar of beer & wine, a 3 tier cake, champagne toasts & first dances, nothing more is needed but to arrive looking your best.
Below is a sample time line for this event from arrival to departure:
• 4:30: arrival (allows time for bride to dress, pin flowers on participants, etc.)
• 5:00: processional & ceremony begins
• 5:30 - 6:00:
- signing of license
- group photos
- couple's only photos
• 6:00: flip room & begin cocktail hour
• 6:30: buffet opens
• 7:00: toasts, ceremonial cutting of cake & cake service
• 7:30: first dances, more dancing & mingling
• 9:00: event close / couple departs
