Due to time & space constraints, The Vow Exchange does not allow outside food. However the Bottles & Bites catering package is designed for munching and mingling whether seated at one of our tables or standing with friends & family. With enough food to satisfy the heartiest of eaters, the menu includes three standard dishes and one protein option. We will provide all plates, napkins and serving utensils on a beautifully arranged buffet table.
Your event will include the below standard dishes:
• Baked Creamy Artichoke Dip Served with Crostini.
• Fruit and Cheese Platter(s) Served with Crackers.
• Mediterranean Platter(s) with Hummus or White Bean Dip. Served with Pita wedges: Grilled Vegetables, Olives and Feta Cheese arranged on a platter.
IN ADDITION to the above standard dishes, the couple may select ONE of the below meat options:
• Beef Tenderloin Caprese Skewers
• Chicken Skewers with Dipping Sauce
• Lobster Salad Sliders
