CHAPEL SET UP
The Chapel is arranged with 4 seating pods placed 6 feet apart & 6 feet from the altar. In each pod is seating for 6-8 guests. Couples will be asked to assign each of their 20 guests to a pod during the pre-event set up.
COUPLE’S ARRIVAL
Brides can simply arrive at the venue at the event start time & settle in our adorable bridal lounge (accessed through the back entrance). Most brides come with their hair & makeup done then change into their dress & complete final touches (alongside their girls) in the private bridal lounge.
We don't have a groom's lounge so we recommend he come dressed and ready. Usually the groom enters the venue through the main entrance.
GUESTS’ ARRIVAL
Arriving guests may park in the chapel’s designated lot. Per the plan approved by Clay County, each guest will be required to provide their contact info, have their temperature taken upon entry to the event, and must remain seated in their assigned pods during the event. The Event Concierge provided by Cakewalk Events will seat guests upon entering the event and will attend to your guests’ needs during the event.
ADDITIONAL DECOR & OTHER ITEMS
As our events are brief, we do not allow further decoration of the space nor do we allow tossables such as flower petals, confetti, bubbles or large flower arrangements. We do however welcome you to bring personal flowers such as bouquets, boutonnieres etc. Additionally you may bring a couple of framed photos, a guest book or a sign requesting an “Unplugged Ceremony” if you would like. At this time food & beverages are prohibited with this package option.
COVID RULES ENFORCEMENT
Per the plan approved by Clay County, couples will be required to provide full cooperation with respect to enforcing the event rules with their guests. Additionally the couple will be required to pay a $200 deposit which may be refunded if the couple is able to successfully manage their guests’ compliance with the event rules.
